Mamsha Al Saadiyat is a long beachfront strip on the west side of Saadiyat Island, built by Aldar between the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the beach. A promenade of restaurants and cafes runs along the front, Soul Beach is at the end, and the low rise buildings above the promenade hold apartments, penthouses and townhouses with the sea on one side and the cultural district on the other.
