Al Jubail Island lies between Saadiyat Island and Yas Island, off the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway, surrounded by the mangrove channels that give the island its character. Jubail Mangrove Park with its boardwalk sits on the edge of the island, and the residential side is made up of villages of villas rather than towers: Ain Al Maha, Seef Al Jubail, Souk Al Jubail and the other villages in the masterplan. Plots are large, the homes are new and each village has its own gated entry, with the water and the mangroves never far from the garden wall.
